Built around the services you actually offer

A plumber, roofer and landscaper should not ask every caller the same questions. Setup defines the work you accept, exclusions, service area, business hours, intake questions and escalation contacts. Lasso uses that business profile rather than guessing your prices, availability or qualifications.

The same platform supports AI voice and text; the channel you select does not change the need for accurate business rules.

An estimate is often the appointment

Roof replacements, electrical upgrades and new landscape projects usually need an assessment before the work can be promised. We separate an inspection or estimate from the actual job in the calendar, caller readback and owner summary.

For repeatable services, a business may approve a specific appointment type and duration. Anything outside those rules remains a request for human follow-up.

Trade rollout

  • Plumbing and HVAC: intake and appointment types configured around the services your business offers.
  • Electrical and roofing: trade configurations coming soon; ask about your workflow and availability.
  • Landscaping: configuration coming soon, with estimate-first intake and business-specific scheduling.
  • More trades, including garage-door and tree services: coming soon. Ask about your use case.

Broad U.S. positioning, personal setup

Lasso is built for service businesses across the United States. Our early outreach focuses on North Texas and Oklahoma; that is a recruitment focus, not a limit on the product’s audience.

Service eligibility depends on your phone provider, requested workflows and readiness checks. A listing here does not promise immediate activation in every trade or region.
