Capture scope without troubleshooting
- The kind of project: fixture, outlet, panel, EV charging or another service the contractor offers.
- Residential or commercial property and service address.
- A short description of what the caller needs, in their own words.
- Preferred assessment timing and callback details.
An assessment before a commitment
A panel upgrade or EV charger project may need an on-site review. The appropriate appointment is an estimate or assessment, not a guaranteed installation date or price.
Lasso must not promise permit approval, electrical capacity, licensing status or a repair outcome. Approved business information and a verified calendar define what it can confirm.
Escalate concerns to a person
Reports of sparks, burning smells or exposed wiring are not routine scheduling conversations. The configuration must recognize the need for the shop’s human escalation path without giving hazardous do-it-yourself instructions.
Lasso is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee that the on-call person will answer. Your setup defines who receives those calls and what the caller hears if nobody answers.
