Start with the work the business accepts
- Routine maintenance, cleanup, installation or another approved service.
- Property address, approximate scope and access details.
- Whether this is a new project, recurring-service inquiry or an existing customer request.
- Preferred estimate timing and contact information.
Estimate-first scheduling
New landscape work usually needs a scope review. Lasso can be configured to offer a supported estimate appointment once the business rules and calendar are configured. That does not book the landscaping crew or guarantee a project price.
Recurring visits, weather changes and crew routes can require human coordination. Lasso should not invent a recurring schedule or reschedule existing jobs outside the business’s approved workflow.
Tree work needs its own boundaries
A company that mows lawns may not remove trees. Service exclusions must be explicit so a caller is not promised work the company cannot perform.
Tree requests involving power lines, unstable branches or other hazards need the business’s agreed human escalation path. Generic reception is not a substitute for tree-work expertise or emergency response.
Coming soon: landscaping configuration
