Lasso provides AI assistant and missed-call text-back software for business use. Features may change as the product evolves.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, compliance with applicable laws, and use of the service in a lawful manner. Customers may not use Lasso to send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, non-compliant, cold-outreach, list-import, purchased-list, or unrelated promotional messaging.
SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

Lasso Messaging Service sends missed-call follow-up and customer-care text messages in response to an inbound call, text, callback request, or service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

AI-assisted responses
Lasso may use AI-assisted workflows to draft or send conversational replies. Recipients of messages may interact with AI-assisted replies. You can request a human at any time by replying with a question or by calling the business directly. Customers are responsible for reviewing their business information, escalation rules, and use of the service to make sure responses are accurate for their business.
No warranty
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
