Lasso provides AI assistant and missed-call text-back software for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

SMS / Text Messaging

Program name: Lasso Messaging Service. Lasso Messaging Service provides missed-call follow-up and customer-care text messages for businesses using Lasso.

Messages are sent to people who called, texted, submitted a form to, booked/requested service from, or otherwise asked a business using Lasso to contact them. We may collect the recipient’s phone number, name, reason for contact, message content, call/text metadata, and related lead details solely to respond to the inbound inquiry, qualify the service request, coordinate follow-up, and hand the conversation to the business owner or team.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (e.g., messaging providers) is permitted; all other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you call, text, or reply to a business using Lasso, we may process your phone number, message content, call/text metadata, and related lead details so the business can respond and manage the conversation.

We may share data with infrastructure and communications providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, database, AI, and messaging vendors. We do not sell personal information.
