Book the right kind of visit
For a leaking faucet, the approved appointment may be an assessment. Lasso checks the connected calendar and confirms the visit details before booking. It does not invent a repair price, promise a part is in stock or claim a technician is already on the way.
If the request is outside the shop’s services or calendar rules, it is captured for follow-up rather than squeezed into an unsuitable slot.
After-hours is not emergency dispatch
The shop defines which calls need its on-call person and supplies a direct destination and fallback. Text-back alone is not the urgent-call path.
