What counts as a voice minute?

Included minutes are AI conversation time across your business’s calls. Five simultaneous three-minute conversations use 15 conversation-minutes even though only three minutes pass on the clock. Minute allowances are not a limit of one caller at a time.

Included voice minutes are monthly allowances, not unlimited use. Additional minutes require your approval. Texting allowances and the phone fallback at a limit are agreed during setup. Around-the-clock coverage describes answering hours, not unlimited minutes.

Booking means the appointment you approve

Calendar booking is included in the $249 and $449 plans and is a $25/month option on the $99 plan. We configure a supported Google Calendar or Cal.com connection, appointment types and business rules before activation.

An estimate, assessment or inspection can be the right next step. Booking one does not imply that a repair, installation or removal crew is already scheduled.

Give Lasso 30 days to earn your business

Your 30-day trial starts when your selected service goes live, not when you submit a request. Voice can start after your phone setup is confirmed, without waiting for texting approval. Delayed texting gets at least 14 free days once activated, without extending the 30-day voice trial. Text-only trials run for 30 days from texting activation. Usage limits apply. No credit card or automatic billing; pay only if you choose to continue.
